Albert Samuel Young, 93, of Sperry, Oklahoma passed away on June 11, 2024, in Oilton, Oklahoma. He was born on June 1, 1931.

Albert was devoted family man, willing to do anything for his loves ones and was cherished by all who knew him. His military service in the Navy from 1950 to 1954 shaped his life, and he went on to have a successful career as a pipefitter.

In his free time, Albert enjoyed golfing, watching his grandkids play baseball, attending rodeos and playdays. His love for his family was evident in every aspect of his life.

Albert is survived by his children Deeann and husband Mike, Leonard, and Stacey and husband Lyle. Grandchildren Sharon, Josh and wife Rebecca, Whiney and husband Tyler, Michael and wife Meka, Kaylee, Christan and husband Tommy, Jeffrey and wife Pa, Shelby and husband DJ, Kirk, Samual and wife Shelby, Amber, Jayden and wife Keelie, Steve and Grady; 20 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Alma Young, and siblings Betty, Buddy, Gerry, Joyce and Jimmy, daughter Delena and grandson Brian.

A ceremony to honor Albert's life will be held at Crossroads Community Church on June 15, 2024, at 11 a.m.

We remember Albert for his dedication to his family, his service in the Navy, his successful career, and his love for golf and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
