Billie F. Armstrong, age 87, of Skedee, Oklahoma, passed away on August 22, 2020. She was born November 11, 1932 in Stigler, Oklahoma, to William and Angie Wilson. Billie is survived by her son, Brack Spears and wife, Gerri. Son, Tim Spears and wife, Kathy. Daughter, Angie Reynolds and husband, Chris. Son, Ralph Armstrong, Jr., plus many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A private celebration of life for Billie will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Cushing.
