Billie Maudena Wright, a longtime Cushing resident, passed away on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Linwood Nursing Home, Cushing, Oklahoma.    Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel, Cushing, Oklahoma.  Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, Cushing, Oklahoma.  Arrangements are entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, Oklahoma.

Billie was born on November 18, 1931 in Agra, Oklahoma to the late Elmer and Etta Florence (Matthews) Camren.  She grew up and attended school in Agra.   Billie married George Franklin Wright on July 1, 1950 in Cushing, Oklahoma.   She was a Baptist by Faith.  Billie enjoyed word searches, jigsaw puzzles and most of all spending time with her family.

Billie is survived by her children Johnny Ray Wright of Cushing, Tresea Mae Wright and husband Clay Kellogg of Drumright, George Franklin Wright Jr. of Cushing, grandchildren Justin Kellogg and wife Sarah, Shelley Davis and husband Jason, Kristin Browning and husband Shane, Stormy Kellogg, Terry Wright, Eddie Wright and Joshua Wright and girlfriend Chancy, and 15 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband George, son Terry Joe Wright, brothers Pres, Ellis, Fred, Leonard, Leon, Audie and Cecil and sisters Bernice McGee, Eva Reedy, Maxine Murray and Patricia Gray.
