Brian Neal McFarlin was born in Shawnee, Oklahoma, on November 19, 1960, and went home on August 1, 2026, at age sixty-five. His parents were Thomas Nelson McFarlin and Bobbie Jean (Olive) McFarlin. He had two older brothers, Tommy and Larry, who he loved dearly. They returned that love except when he was the pesky younger brother. Such as, when he would want to tag along with Larry on his dates. The family moved from Shawnee, Oklahoma to Agra, Oklahoma where Brian attended grade school and high school. During his school years, he played basketball and was in FFA where he showed sheep with the help of his older brother Tommy.

Later, he went to nursing school where he became an LPN. He loved his nursing career and was a kind, caring and loving nurse. Brian had many friends and family and showed his love by his caring thoughts and deeds. He worked at Bellevue Health & Rehab Center for many years and had so much compassion for his patients. He considered many of them his good friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his grandparents. He is survived by his two brothers Larry McFarlin and his wife Shelia, Tommy W. McFarlin and his wife Donna and his partner Juan. Also, his nephew Seth, his nieces Alicia, Holly, Brandi and Amanda and great nieces Brenna, Ava and Charlotte and great nephew Easten and many cousins and friends.

Services will be held at Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026. Burial will follow at Flynn Memorial Cemetery, Cushing, Oklahoma.
