April 20, 1959 – April 3, 2020
Carol Lee Duvall passed from this life on Friday, April 3, 2020 at her home with her husband by her side.
Carol was born on April 20, 1959 to Gene and Hattie Hausner in Drumright, OK. She grew up and attended school there, graduating from Drumright High School in 1977. After completing school, Carol started work as a bookkeeper at a local business. She really enjoyed working with numbers and people. Carol met and fell head over heels in love with Jack Duvall. They were united in marriage on January 11, 1979 at the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn Church in Cushing, OK. To this union three children were born: Audrey, Daniel, and Michelle. She was baptized in the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn in 1997 by Brother Jerry Dowe Pruitt.
Carol had many hobbies throughout her life, including tending to her flowers and gardening. She loved listening to gospel music, which would give her strength and comfort. Carol had a daily routine of reading her bible and praying before going to bed each night. Her greatest joys were serving the Lord and being with her family. She enjoyed many long talks with her daughter in law, often sharing scriptures, gospel songs, and words of encouragement with each other. She loved raising her children and spending time with her husband, Jack.
Carol was a loving wife, mother, sister, and friend. She will be missed.
