Carolyn S. Mackey, 76, of Cushing, Oklahoma died on Friday, November 8, 2024. Carolyn was born to Harold and Edna Brassfield on November 24, 1947, in Cushing. Services will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at Crossway Church.

She married Bill Wilson on February 6th, 1965, in Cushing. From this union they had two daughters, Terri Judd and Jana Thompson. On June 9th, 1985, Carolyn married Donald R. Mackey and they were married for 30 years. Carolyn loved spending time with her family, reading, watching movies, listening to Elvis Presley and Willie Nelson, and doing hair.

Carolyn is preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband, Donald R. Mackey. She is survived by her daughters, Terri and her husband, Willard Judd of Cushing, Jana Thompson and her partner, Michael Hobbs; son-in-law Rick O'Bryant; her grandchildren, Miranda Magnus, Camran Retherford and his partner, Cade Welch, Cody Judd and his partner Justin Moore, and Colby Judd; her great-grandchildren, Madison Magnus, Brooklee Magnus, Grace Retherford, Ashton Retherford; her sister, Willetta Stanley; and many friends and loved ones.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home.
