Connie L
Bjorgo
August 22, 1959 – November 29, 2020
Momma, Nanny, Sister, and Aunt Connie passed away peacefully at McAlester Regional Hospital at the age of 61 years on November 29, 2020. Those who knew her, knew how passionately she held those titles. Connie loved unconditionally and with a passion that was sometimes hard to restrain. In the last few years, she found her greatest comfort in having her husband of 23 years, Jay Bjorgo, by her side along with visits from grandchildren and great grandchildren that lit up her world!
While Momma was proudly devoted to her two daughters, Brandi and Dawna, there was never a "friend" that didn't become one of her kids. Jason, Carson, Jeremy, Josh, Heather, Eric and so many more, filled her life with endless love.
Nanny to Colton, Jovi, Jayden, Brannon, Andrew, Clayton, Caroline, Tyler and (great) Nanny to Carter, Brooks, McKenna and little one on the way.
Sister to Deranda Woods, Denise and Billy Davis and Mikey and Shelly Fletcher. Aunt Connie to numerous nieces and nephews, who remember and will greatly miss visits to the "farm."
Connie, alongside Jay, spent many years dedicated to serving with the Veterans of Foreign Wars and always humbly served those who fought for our freedoms. Cooking, fundraising and organizing events were just a few of the ways she gave back. She will be missed by many ladies of the auxiliary and others who knew her through the VFW.
Momma was a strong, determined and fiercely independent woman. We will all miss her every day.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, OK.
