Daniel Thomas McCoy passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025, at his home in Cushing, Oklahoma.

Daniel was born on September 2, 1946, in Pawnee, Oklahoma to Clara McCoy & RS "Chief" McCoy. Daniel was married to Madelyn McCoy for 54 years before she passed away on May 18, 2024. Daniel retired from working at the Iowa Mini Mart as a cashier several years ago.

Daniel is survived by his little dog Samp; his son Danny McCoy (Gina) of Grand Junction, Colorado; daughter Shiryl McCoy (Lee) of Shawnee, Oklahoma; and Berry Wilson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Daniel's wishes were to be cremated and he did not want services. Daniel will be missed but life was never the same without his love of 54 years, Madelyn.
