Deanna Lynn Rosine was born in 1954 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to Sidney Frank Rosine and Ruby Florene ( McIntosh) Rosine. She moved to Oklahoma in 1959 with her family so they could be closer to her mothers parents. She finished all her schooling in Yale graduating in 1973. In 1972 she moved with the family to Cushing, later she went to work for Cushing Regional Hospital and worked there until her health forced her to retire after 25 years of service. She is survived by sisters, Joyce Cothrum of Pryor, Linda Marcum of Cushing, Sharon Kay Ries of Effingham, Illinois; brothers, Carl Rosine of Cushing, Charles Dewayne Rosine of Cushing; Aunts, Martha Leith of Yale, Okla, Wanda Dobbs of Tulsa, Katherine Beard of Muncie, Indiana; uncles, nieces and nephews and lots of cousins and many friends from the Cushing Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, brother-in-law and a sister.
Her memorial services have been entrusted to the care of the Palmer Marler Funeral Home of Cushing and will be held at 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at the Cushing Regional Hospital Education Room. Deanna passed away Tuesday afternoon, March 17, 2009 at the age of 54.
