Obituary

It is with heavy hearts that we come together to remember and celebrate the life of a remarkable young soul who left us far too soon. Our dear Dmitrius, a Native American teenager of extraordinary spirit, passed away on August 8th, 2023. In the midst of our grief, let us gather to honor the beautiful life he lived and the incredible mark he left on all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Dmitrius was a gentle and affectionate soul who radiated love and kindness to everyone he encountered. From a young age, he had an innate curiosity that fueled his passion for exploration and nature. Whether it was roaming through the woods, fishing by the stream, or simply enjoying the beauty of the great outdoors, Dmitrius found solace and joy in the embrace of nature.

An adventurous spirit, Dmitrius was known for his creative mischief, often climbing the kitchen cabinets just to get a better view of the world around him. He had a knack for finding humor in every situation and had a heartwarming ability to bring smiles to the faces of those around him. His mischievousness was further exemplified by his lighthearted endeavors, such as moving a car from one parking space to another, leaving behind laughter and unforgettable memories.

Dmitrius had a unique talent for unraveling and reassembling things, exemplifying his ingenuity and resourcefulness. He could solve a Rubik's Cube with remarkable speed and precision, showcasing his sharp intellect. But his talents weren't limited to puzzles; he had a natural aptitude for sports of all kinds, effortlessly excelling without even trying.

A dedicated fan of the game Rainbow Six Siege, Dmitrius displayed his strategic thinking and teamwork skills, mirroring his approach to life itself. He also had a passion for basketball, pouring his heart into the game he loved. Not only was Dmitrius skilled in sports, but he also found joy in the culinary arts, providing his family with delicious meals prepared with love.

Proud of his Native American heritage, Dmitrius embraced his identity as a source of strength and unity. He loved the nickname "Tiger," embodying his resilience and determination in the face of life's challenges.

Perhaps the most special bond Dmitrius shared was with his beloved dog, Maverick-Apollo. This faithful companion stood by his side through thick and thin, a testament to the unwavering loyalty and friendship that defined his character.

Though Dmitrius' time with us was tragically short, he managed to touch countless lives with his kindness, laughter, and boundless love.

Dmitrius was preceded in death by his sister Ava, grandpa, Russell Tiger, aunt, Carly Hamilton and grandpa, Johnny Hamilton.

He leaves behind his mother Echo, brothers Dominic and Jaxx and sister, Jasie; nana, Cathy; dad, Jason; uncles, Rion, John Jr. and Awkanoxie; aunt, Juanita; grandma, Diann and cousins Riland and Kamber.
