Glenda Colene Harris, longtime Yale resident passed from this life on March 13, 2023, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing.

Glenda was born on December 13, 1946, in Holdenville, Oklahoma to parents Gene and Louise Caldwell. She grew up and attended school in Holdenville. Afterwards she attended Vo-tech receiving secretarial training. Glenda worked for over 20 years in that capacity at Adsit Lumber Yard in Yale, Oklahoma. She was a faithful member of Crossroads Community Church.

Glenda is preceded in death by her son Heath Harris, and one sister, Shirley Lee.

She is survived by her son, Brent Harris of Salina, OK and stepson Carl Holt and wife Michelle of Grove, OK; grandchildren, Bradley Harris and wife Beth of West Virginia, and Amanda Kerns and husband Andy of Kenwood, OK; as well as many extended family members and friends.

Memorial Services will be held at Crossroads Community Church at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.
