Jeffrey J. Wagner was born on March 5, 1966, in Denver, Colorado to Leland and Ruth Ann (Bannister) Wagner. He passed away on July 25, 2025, in Stillwater, Oklahoma.

Raised in Denver, Colorado, he graduated from John F. Kennedy High School. After working several years as a mechanic in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he moved to Cortez, Colorado where he was mechanic for Conquistador Golf Course for 20 years.

Jeff was a force of nature - charismatic, gregarious and always the life of the party. He was always good for a bear hug. In 2016, he married Tricia Hutchens at a biker bar in Vallecito, Colorado. He then went to work as a driver for United Rentals in Denver.

Jeff and Tricia moved to Perkins, Oklahoma in 2022. He continued to work for United Rentals in Moore, Oklahoma.

He enjoyed hunting, fishing, Harleys, and fast cars. Family was the most important thing to Jeff. He will be missed.

He was predeceased by his parents.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Tricia, and step-son, Keagan Hutchens of the home; son, Tristen Shelby and wife Taylor, and grandson Bodie (and a grandson on the way) of Guthrie, Oklahoma; siblings, Leland "Ricky" Wagner (Kathy), Jill Lubar (Pete), Marc LeBlanc, Heather LeBlanc, Danny LeBlanc (Cathren), all of Denver, David Lee Wagner of Ignacio, Colorado, and James Wagner of Cortez; step-dad Bob LeBlanc of Denver; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews; as well as a ton of friends that were like family.

Jeff's Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Perkins Lions Den, 110 S. Main St., Perkins, Oklahoma.

Interment will be held in Colorado at a later date.
