Jimmy John Ratliff was born in Grand Junction, Colorado, on March 29, 1970, and was adopted at 1 week old to Henry and Ludie Ratliff. He grew up in Cushing, Oklahoma and graduated from Cushing High School in May of 1988. He was baptized into the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn on March 31, 1987, by Brother Jerry Dowe Pruitt in Cushing, Oklahoma. He married the love of his life, Victoria German on October 24, 1992, in Cushing, Oklahoma.

Jimmy was a beloved husband, son, brother and friend. He loved God, his family, and the brethren and strove to live the Faith. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Victoria Ratliff of 33 years. His is also survived by his stepmother, Verma Ratliff, brother Oscar Ratliff and wife Cheri, and his brother-in-law, Stan German.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home.  A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 11, 2025 at The General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn in Cushing, OK.
