John Patrick Dunaway passed from this life on Monday, February 19, 2024, in Oklahoma City at the age of 56.  John was born on February 14, 1968, to Mary Susan (Kilgo) and George Dunaway Jr. in Norman, Oklahoma.

John is preceded in death by his wife of 13 years, Terri Sue Dunaway.  John is survived by his two daughters, Mary Elizabeth "Liz" Dunaway and Sarah Jane Dunaway, both of Oklahoma City; both parents, Susan and George Dunaway Jr. of Edmond; four grandchildren: Braxton Coleman, Cassius Parks, Cayson Parks, and Kyler Patrick Dunaway.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home.  A graveside memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at Euchee Valley Memorial Park.
