JJulie Ann Johnson passed from this life too soon on April 29, 2022, at the age of 44. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 9, 2022, at the Palmer Marler Funeral Home Chapel, 800 S. Linwood Ave. Cushing, OK.

Julie entered this life on October 5, 1977, in Claremore, OK. She went to school in Yale and Ripley areas. As a young girl and into her teenage years, she had an ornery streak with her and her friends tending to get in to trouble.

She became a mother at a young age to her three boys, Trinity, Tyler and Treston, but enjoyed the blessing of raising her kids, even as a single mother. She was always apt to teach her boys, having to be mom and dad many times to insure her children knew everything they needed to know. Some of the boys sweetest memories were of their mother reading stories to them. They were her world.

She also loved to garden. She tried her hand at growing anything, and if she heard of a difficult vegetable to grow, she looked at that as a challenge! Julie was a passionate cook and was so wonderful at it. Trinity remembers her famous peanut butter cookies and how no one else knew how to make them like her.

Julie became part of the Grandma Club and loved each and every minute of it. Her grandkids were her life! Julie was one of the most unselfish people taking care of her kids, her grandkids and all of their needs way before her own.

Julie thoroughly loved her work as a Habilitation Training Specialist. The people that she helped meant so much to her. If she wasn't with her children or her grandchildren, she was spending her time with patients.

Julie is preceded in death by her sister, Liza Penny.

She is survived by her Mom, Connie Miller, her boys, Trinity and his fiancé Danielle, Tyler and Treston. Her sister, Vicky Willis, and her grandchildren Sirius, Jorge, Lucas, Molly, Lucas, Emory, Salysa, Nolan, and Bentley.
