Larry Seborn
Smith
June 29, 1950 – February 20, 2023
Larry Seborn Smith passed away on February 20, 2023, at the age of 72 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Larry was born on June 29, 1950, to Wilbur Newton Smith and Pocahontas (Pokey) Belcher. He was born in Morenci, Arizona but moved to Whitehouse, Texas where he graduated high school. Even at a very young age, Larry was a hard-working man.
He met the love of his life, Beverly, and was married on December 14, 1996. To their union, they had six children. Larry was a stern and somewhat stubborn man, but he loved his family dearly. He made sure he did everything he could to ensure their safety and well-being. Larry spent most of his career in the oil field, which he loved. After work, he would come home and work in the field taking care of the horses, bailing the hay and working around the house. In those rare times when he wasn't working, he would sneak off and finding some quiet time going fishing.
Larry is preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 27 years Beverly.
He is survived by his children, Robert Smith and wife Shelly, Laurie Smith, Mickey Salinas and wife Ashley, Phillip Salinas and wife Wendy, Mace Salinas and wife Amber and Marcy Quiroz and husband Trini; his 14 grandchildren and his 8 great-grandchildren; brother, David Smith and wife Leta; and those that were so good to Larry which are also his Honorary pallbearers, Tyler Jackson, Taj Stewart, Doile Dockery, Kobe Smith, Chance Maxville and Darrel Bolinger.
