Linda Lois Haskin, longtime Cushing resident passed from this life on Saturday, August 24, 2019 in Stroud, OK.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at the Crossway Church with Pastor Sonny Johnston officiating. Interment will follow at Euchee Valley Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 29th from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, August 30th from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with family greeting friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Linda was born on December 10, 1931 to Clarence E. and Gladys (Ecroyd) Slater in Drumright, OK. She grew up in Drumright and attended school at Tidewater School. She later attended and graduated from Drumright High School. Linda earned a degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University and later received her CPA.

On May 22, 1997, Linda married the love of her life, Tom Haskin in Drumright, OK. She took a job with Exxon in the accounting division, which took her across America. Upon retirement, she moved back to Cushing to be closer to her family.

Linda was a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be missed by all.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Gladys Slater; husband, Tom Haskin; brothers, David Slater and William Slater; stepdaughter, Glenda Haskin.

Linda is survived by two stepsons, John German and wife, Robbie, Roy Haskin and wife, Kathy; sister-in-law, Pat Slater. Linda is also survived by five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and dearest friend, Pat Johnston.
