Margaret "Maggie" Melissa Gilmore, a Stillwater resident, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 in Stillwater, Oklahoma at the age of 74.  No services will be held at this time.  Arrangements are entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Perkins, Oklahoma.

Maggie was born on October 24, 1947 in Franklin, Indiana to the late Harold and Marjorie (Smith) Quilan.  She grew up in Morgantown, graduating from Trafalgar High School.    Maggie raised her three sons in Morgantown where they lived for many years before moving to Stillwater, Oklahoma in 2005 to be near her son.  She had a love for horses, giving many riding lessons and showing her Palomino Horses.  Maggie drove a school bus for Perkins Schools for many years.  She loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Maggie is survived by her sons Russell Zimmerman of Greenwood, Indiana, Clayton Zimmerman and wife Sarah of Morgantown, Indiana, Lance Hogue and Lydia Ferrell of Cushing, brother Curt Quinlan and wife Katherine of Cincinnati, Ohio, Florence Quinlan of Indianapolis, Indiana, 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Steve Quinlan.
