Margarett Irene Huff, 83, of Cushing, OK, went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2024.

She was born on June 12, 1940, in Conway, Arkansas, to Royce and Maxine King.  Margarett is preceded in death by per parents, her brother Eugene, and her daughter Vicky Davis.  She is survived by her sister Wanda Lee Jones, her children James Findley (Harley), Keith Findley (Tammy), Julia Maul, Tina Hughes (Robert), John Findley (Ann), twenty-one grandkids, fifty-one great grandkids, two great-great grandkids and countless others she considered family.

Anyone who met Margarett knows she was strong, stubborn, feisty, and spoke her mind.  She was also the best at loving and accepting everyone she met.  She was known for her incredible food and hospitality.  Many of her years were spent cooking professionally as well as for her family.  She worked hard and she loved hard.  Taking care of others was her gift.  That legacy lives on in many of her children and grandchildren.

Her family was her world.  She loved spending time with each of her grandchildren and great grandchildren attending sporting events, school activities, and hosting the best sleepovers.  She was full of wisdom and experience we've all come to cherish.  She will be greatly missed, but we know this is not goodbye, just a "see you later".

A Celebration of Life sevice will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 16, 2024, at New Covenant Fellowship at 1110 E McElroy Rd, Stillwater, OK 74075.
