Mark Allen Brown was born in Oklahoma City on July 17, 1957, to Sam and Verlon Aline Brown. He attended Yale school, graduating in 1975. He then joined the Air Force and was honorable discharged in 1976. He married the love of his life Karen, and children Ronnie Wray and Jamie Shawn in Nov. 1980.
He worked for Pool Services in the oilfield for 10 years. Then worked for Duit Construction for 10 years. They moved to Yale in 1999 – shortly afterward he started working for Webco Industries as a Weld Mill operator. He retired in 2021 from Webco Industries. He enjoyed the most, his children and grandchildren. He loved to play music and fellowship with his family. His hobbies were fishing with his kids/grandkids, refurbishing old guitars, and coon hunting in his younger days. He enjoyed river canoeing to celebrate birthdays. He was a loving husband, son, dad, brother and will be missed by many. Mark Allen Brown passed away on Saturday, January 29, 2022, in Perkins.
Mark Brown leaves behind Karen, his wife of 42 years. His son's Ronnie Wray Orr and wife Misty rose of Guthrie, Jakeb Allen Brown of Morrison, and Jesse Jo Brown of Perkins, daughter Jamie Shawn Orr of Oklahoma City, 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. His mother Verlon Aline Brown of Maramec, brothers Kenneth Brown and wife Robin of Maramec, Larry Brown and wife Carol of Yale, sisters Linda Hart and husband Randy of Yale and Kathy White and husband Jeff of Maramec, five nieces and nephews, 14 great nieces and nephews. He was loved by many family and friends.
