Mary S. "Susie" Cude, a long-time Yale resident passed this life to be with her Lord and Savior June 12, 2019 at her home surrounded by family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Crossroads Community Church, 52787 West Hwy 51, Jennings, OK 74038.  Rev. Mike Clark will officiate.  Interment will follow at Lawson Cemetery, Yale, Ok.

Arrangements are entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Yale, OK.

Susie was born on March 4th, 1949 in Yale, Oklahoma to Bob Morris and Eulene Hixson.  She grew up in Yale and attended Yale High School where she loved cheerleading.

She married her soul-mate, Gary Cude, January 17 ^th , 1966 in Bristow, Oklahoma.   They made their home and raised their family in Yale, Oklahoma.  During her lifetime Susie wore many hats – homemaker, meat slicer, toll collector, postwoman, tax accountant, cattle farmer, strawberry producer, and never shied away from taking a load of wheat to the mill during harvest.

Susie will be most remembered for her knack of having fun, carrying a smile, and her big laugh.

Most important to her was showing compassion, teaching strong values, and unconditionally loving her family.

Her Hobbies included photography, gardening, taking care of her cats, and enjoying all the simple things in life.

Susie is survived by her Mom Eulene Hixson, son Kevin Cude, daughter Kymberly Vossler and husband Chris, granddaughters Haleigh Lann and husband Michael, and Jennifer Cude, grandson Matthew Cude, great grandsons Mason Lann and Weston Holmes, sister Peggy Newton and husband Don, sister Candy Overholt and husband Mark, brother Robert Morris and wife Paula, and many "favorite" nieces, aunts, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Gary Cude, Dad Bob Morris, and grandparents William and Stella Morris, and Bud and Addie Dobson.

The family wishes to thank Susie's special caregivers Megan Smith and "the crew" for loving her like family.
