Obituary

Priscilla "Prisci" NaRee (Ridenour) Loveland, beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2026, in her hometown of Cushing, Oklahoma. She was 72 years old.

Prisci was born on July 22, 1953, in Cushing, Oklahoma, to Robert "Corky" Ridenour and Nelda Rice Wilson. She was a proud graduate of Cushing High School, Class of 1971.

Never one to stop learning, in her early years, Prisci earned her cosmetology license and her real estate license. In the early eighties with drive and determination, along with her then husband they opened Morgan Pump and Supply Company. Despite a male dominated field she excelled in oil field sales. In 1989, she became the first secretary for VMI when the company relocated to Cushing, where she was a valued part of the organization during its early years. Later in life she decided to go back to school and obtained her LPN degree and graduated in 1998 but that wasn’t enough for Prisci she then went back to Rose State college to get her bachelor's in nursing 2006 and graduated with honors and finished her career as an RN.

Above all else, Prisci's greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother whose strength and support shaped the lives of her children. She is survived by her children, Kerrigan Wiley and husband Mark of Cushing, Melissa Morris and husband Matt of Yukon, Gerald "Greg" Morgan of Cushing and Gentry Lane and husband Derek of Perkins.

She also leaves behind her sister, Lori Blankenship and brothers, Dirk and Rudy Ridenour; and beloved cousin Gail (Drake) Hill, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and cherished friends who will miss her deeply.

Prisci will be remembered for her resilient spirit, unconditional love, and competitive nature she shared with her family and friends. She had a passion all things Oklahoma BOOMER Sooner, especially football. In her most recent years she rediscovered her love of bowling and participated on several senior leagues at the local bowling alley. She even earned “bowler of the week” so many weeks running, her daughter Kerri eventually lost count, and even competed in a national competition in Chicago, IL.

Being "Mimi" was one of Prisci's greatest blessings. She treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren and attended as many of their events as she was able to. Garrett Crossley and wife Jordan, Marcie Hennigan and husband Liam, Marissa VanZant, Kory Wiley and wife Allie, Hayden Morgan, Heath Morgan, Beau Lane, Hope Morgan, Paizley Lane, Gemma Lane, and Sailor Lane. She was equally proud of her great-grandchildren, Josie Crossley, Waylon Earls, Lincoln Crossley, and Maeve Hennigan, each of whom brought immense joy to her life.

Prisci was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Steve Loveland, whose companionship brought her great love and happiness. She is also reunited with her mother, Nelda Rice Wilson; her father, Robert "Corky" Ridenour; her stepmother, Ollie Ridenour; her sister, RaNae Wood; and her grandparents, Ernest and Fannie, whose love and guidance helped shape the woman she became.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Palmer Marler Funeral Home, 800 S. Linwood Avenue, Cushing, Oklahoma. Family and friends are invited to gather, share memories, and celebrate her life.

A funeral service honoring Prisci's life will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Palmer Marler Funeral Home.

Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that Prisci got to enjoy one last family gathering by attending her grandson Kory and wife Allie’s wedding. And we will cherish pictures and memories even more.

We take comfort in knowing she is at peace and reunited with Steve (Poppy). Her love will remain in our hearts forever.
