Ralph Edward Gray was born April 14, 1940, to Worthy and Ruth Gray and passed from this life May 7, 2024, at the age of 84.
Ralph was born and raised in Tryon, OK and graduated from Tryon High School. Ralph married the love of his life, Rosie Wright, on November 24, 1961. This union was blessed with two daughters, Debbie and Dana. Ralph and Rosie loved to travel, especially to Tennessee to see "The Grand Ole Opry". They even decided to visit the court houses of all 77 counties in Oklahoma, accomplishing this feat in just under a year.
Most of his life, Ralph worked in different positions in the oilfield. For about 12 years while working in the oilfield, he also worked as a butcher at Cecil Myers Grocery.
Ralph was well known for his hard work ethic and his garden. People came from miles around to buy his tomatoes and corn. He would have two sawhorses and a piece of plywood for a table under his shade tree. He would load the table with his tomatoes. He had a scale and a money jar and sold everything on the honor system.
Ralph is preceded in death by his parents, one sister Carol Barber, and one grandson Jason Brown. He is survived by his wife of 62 ½ years, Rosie Gray of the home, daughter Debbie Brown and husband James of Cushing, daughter Dana Powell and husband Billy of Agra, grandson Jimmy Brown and wife Stephanie of Owasso, grandson Trey Powell and wife Amber of Agra, great grandchildren Aedyn, Aspyn, and Karsyn Powell of Agra. He is also survived by two sisters Mary Stanton and husband Richard of Mounds, Susan Robertson of Davenport, numerous nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
Ralph worked and loved hard. His family was his greatest joy. He was loved and respected by all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Agra Senior Center, or Fresenius Kidney Care.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024, at the Wes McFarlin Gym in Agra.  A burial will follow at Parkland Cemetery.  Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 12, 2024, at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
