Obituary

Randall Duane McElroy, known affectionately as Randis, was a cherished soul whose life journey began on February 9, 1994, in Cushing, Oklahoma. He was a lifelong resident of Yale, Oklahoma. His earthly journey came to an unexpected end on August 16, 2025, in Plainview, Nebraska. Randall's departure has left a permanent mark on the hearts of all who knew him, and his legacy is one of love, laughter, and the pursuit of life's simple pleasures.

A graduate of Yale High School in the class of 2012, he remained Once a Bulldog always a Bulldog, Go Dawgs . Randall was a man of many talents and a dedicated worker. He spent his professional life with Allied Tank and Construction and various pipeline and tanking companies, where he earned respect as a skilled welder & crane operator. His colleagues remember him as a man of integrity and dedication, always ready to lend a hand or share his expertise. He was renowned not just for his skill, but for his ability to make the job site a place of laughter.

Beyond his professional life, Randall was a man who found profound joy in the simple things. He was an avid fisherman. There was no place he'd rather be than on a quiet lake or pond at dawn, rod in hand, waiting for the catch of the day, a practice that was as much about connecting with nature as it was about the pursuit. His love for traveling with his beloved wife, Brianna, and their children, Tucker Shane and Sophia Michelle, was known to all. Together, they created memories that would last a lifetime, exploring the beauty of the world around them.

Randall married the love of his life, Brianna, his high school sweetheart on July 24th of 2019. Together, they built a beautiful life centered around their children, Tucker Shane and Sophia Michelle. As a devoted family man, Randall's love for Brianna and their children was the cornerstone of his life. He was a pillar of strength, comfort, and joy to all who knew him.

In his leisure, Randall could often be found fishing, noodling, & hunting for morel mushrooms, a hobby that was both a challenge and a delight. The simple joy of discovering these treasures of the earth was a cherished pastime. Old country music was the soundtrack of Randall's life, and he found solace in the twang of a guitar and the heartfelt lyrics of country legends. Driving backroads, working on vehicles, and immersing himself in the heart of the countryside was where he felt most at home.

He is survived by his wife, Brianna McElroy of the home; Children, Tucker and Sophia McElroy; Mother, Belinda and Pat Heisler of Pawnee; Father, Buddy McElroy of Meeker; Brothers, Devin McElroy of Tulsa, Jacob McElroy of Meeker, Willie Heisler of Yale; Sister, KyLynn Heisler of Pawnee; Grandmother Teresa McElroy of Meeker; Pappy & Granny John and Karen Dennis of Meeker.
