Russell "Red" Donnie Morrow, 55, of Yale, passed away on February 12, 2021 in Stillwater.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Monday, February 22, 2021 at Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing, Oklahoma.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Lawson Cemetery with brother Michael Dershem officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home.

Russell "Red" was born in Cushing, Oklahoma to Finely and Clara Morrow on March 5, 1965. He went to school at Yale Public School. He was married to Stacy Lewis in 1999 and from this union one son was born Gage Reed. On May 21, 2005 Russell married Becky (Axtell) Morrow the love of his life. Together they had one daughter Maggie Lee. Russell worked different jobs over the years but mainly worked as a welder and later as an Inspector on various pipelines. His passion was Becky and his kids. He loved to torment and tease everyone he came in contact with; he NEVER met a stranger and if they were, they didn't stay that way long. He loved to cook and create new recipes. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to take Gage Reed and Cole Pat hunting in their younger years. Russell was never shy to help someone in a time of need even if it was just moral support. He had a huge heart, that was full of love and giving. He and Becky enjoyed going out to eat, concerts and anything that involved the Gage and Maggie. Russell and Maggie shared many camping trips to Eufaula. Russell's love for his sister, Jo was massive. They even started a chicken farm together, just ask her about it.

Russell Donnie is preceded in death by his first wife, Stacy and grandparents Donnie and Dorothy Nasalroad, Grandfather Russell Morrow. His father Finley (capt'n) Morrow and brother Kenneth (Biggin) Morrow and Special Aunt Kay.

Russell Donnie is survived by his wife Becky, children Gage Reed and Maggie Moo (as her dad fondly nicked named her) all of the home in Yale. His Momma, Clara Morrow of Yale, his mother-in-law, Penny Axtell of Ripley and one sister Jo Morrow of Yale. Sister-in-law Deana and Husband Tully of Ripley and special nieces Megan Morrow, Faith and Eva Folden and two blessed nephews Cole Pat Kilpatrick and Ty Charles Morrow

Pallbearers will be Donny Todd, Justin Thomas, Cole Pat Kilpatrick, Will Schroeder, Joe Wade, Nathan Cobble, Travis McIntyre, Matt Ross, and Jayson Thomas.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Buckles, Dan Schroeder, Earl Elliott and Rocky Thompson.

In lieu of flowers a special account at RCB has been set up for Russell's kids.
