Samuel Robert Wright passed from this life on November 21, 2023, in Oklahoma City.

Samuel was born on November 6, 1966, to Jesse Wright and Brenda (Pate) Nicholas, in Drumright, Oklahoma.  He and his two brothers were raised in Drumright where Samuel also graduated.  Sam loved life and pledged to live a full one.  Some of his favorite past times were fishing, hunting and riding motorcycles.

Samuel was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his two brothers, Jim Bob Story and Randy Rall; aunts, Carol Childers and Diana Hopkins; cousins Martha Myers and Shawn Pratt.

A visitation will be held from 1:30 – 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 22 at Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing, Oklahoma.  Graveside services will be at 10:00am on Friday, November 24 at Pate Family Cemetery in Drumright, Oklahoma.
