Scott Sheppard Pool, Perkins resident, passed away at home on Sunday June 29, 2020 at the age of 53.
Scott was born on September 3, 1967 to James Pool and Fay Pool in Amarillo, TX. Scott lived in Amarillo, where he attended Tascosa High School and was on the football team. After school, he moved to Kentucky where he had a successful dog kennel and raised chickens. During this time, he raised three children: Carl, Jaqulynn "Red", and Julie. He moved back to his hometown Amarillo and began working at NI in 2005, where he met his wife Tanya. They were married for 14 years and had three children: Charly, Casondra, and Barbara. As well as three stepchildren from Tanya's previous marriage. They moved to Stillwater, OK in 2009.
Scott was a loving husband, father, and friend. He was an avid hunter; he loved to fish, barbecue, and spend time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother Fay, and his father James.
He is survived by his Brother Jay Pool and wife Mary of Amarillo; wife Tanya Pool, his son Charly Pool, daughter Casondra Pool, and daughter Barbara Pool of Perkins. His stepdaughter Raven Wheeler and Granddaughters Angela and Nevaeh of Amarillo, stepdaughter Ivy Wheeler of Amarillo, and stepson Hunter Wheeler of Amarillo.
As Scott would say "Keep on Scratch".
