Shelby "Richard" Chatham of Yale, Oklahoma passed from this life after a car accident on December 26, 2018.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Yale, Oklahoma.

Shelby was born January 30, 1970 in Drumright, Oklahoma to parents Roger and Frances Elizabeth Jones.

Shelby was one of the best truck drivers around working many years in the oilfield.  He was a devoted Husband, Father, and Friend.

Shelby is survived by his wife, Lori of the home; children, Joshaua Myers and Ciara, Katherine Bills, Cameron Chatham, and Charles Wayne Chatham, as well as his four-legged children Red, Augustus Lee, Tugboat, and Diesel Truck; 12 grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

He is preceded in death by his mother, and sister, Shaunna Chatham.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at Fellowship Baptist Church, Yale, Oklahoma with Brother Mich Dershem officiating.
