Celebration of Life for Vickie Sue Clinton

Vickie Sue Clinton, a longtime Drumright resident, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021 in Drumright at the age of 67.  The family will be holding a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Crossway Church in Cushing with Pastor Sonny Johnston officiating.

Vickie was born on June 4, 1954 in Great Bend, Kansas to Tommy Robinson and Mary Dean (Hoadley) Robinson.  She grew up in Great Bend where she attended school.  Vickie married Shelby Clinton and to this union, Chad was born.  She worked for Escott's for over 25 years in the bakery at both locations. Vickie enjoyed decorating cakes and cookies for the family, going fishing with her son and grandson, shopping, playing bingo and spending time with her family.

She will be missed by her family and friends.

Vickie is survived by her son Chad Clinton of Drumright, siblings Mike Robinson and wife Pam of Cushing, Tammy Welsh of Cushing, Leighann Horlacher of Drumright, Travis Robinson of Cushing, grandson Caden Clinton of Drumright, other close friends Chauree Cundiff of Perkins and Sheryl Vaughn of Cushing.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
