William Sneed passed from this life on February 20, 2022, in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 87.

William was born on September 15, 1934, in Quay, Oklahoma to parents Harry Sr. and Ica (Lawson) Sneed.  He grew up there and graduated from Quay High School. On June 16, 1956, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Patsy.  To their union was born 2 sons, Bob and Terry.  William worked as a pipeline x-ray tech in the 90s, but was primarily known as the owner/operator of William Sneed Construction.  He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and most of all taking the grandkids on vacations (always taking the "scenic route").  William was a member of First Assembly of God in Cushing and was a faithful lover of Christ.

William was preceded in death by his wife Patsy of over 65 years; his parents; sons, Bob and Terry Sneed; and two grandchildren Randy Sneed and Shameka Neel; brothers Bliss Sneed, Harry Sneed Jr, David Sneed, and one sister Bama Hasselmeier.

He leaves behind his daughter-in-law Johnnie Loretta Sneed; sister, Evelyn Johnson; three grandchildren, Steven Sneed, Brandy and Jamie (Sneed) Sims, and Tyler Sneed; nine great grandchildren, Nicholas, Payden Hailey, Lakeley, Jaden, Jase, Gabe, Bryson, Aiden and Tatum; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
