Noma Ragan went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2023.  She was born on March 13, 1965 in Cushing, Oklahoma.

Noma enjoyed spending time with family and friends.  She had such a caring heart, always looking out for her family, especially her brother Eddie.  She enjoyed meeting people and always had time to talk with anyone who would take the time to chat with her.  She loved doing word searches and coloring in her color books.  She loved her teddy bears.  She will be missed by everyone who knew her and loved her.  She is preceded in death by her parents Harold and Margaret Ragan; grandparents, Lila Copenhaver and Frank Toops, her aunts, Nora Toops, Rebecca Winkler, Wanda Baily and uncle, Doug Toops.

Noma is survived by her brother, Eddie Ragan of Guthrie, Oklahoma; cousin, Mark Toops of Wichita, Kansas; cousin, Roger Toops and wife Rebecca of Kingfisher, Oklahoma; uncle, Frank Toops of Argonia, Kansas; cousin, Paul Winkler of Cushing, Oklahoma, cousin, Becky Winkler of Ripley, Oklahoma and many other relatives.
